Diversion/Subversion is an exhibition aiming to divert from stigmas and stereotypes and subvert creative methodologies while highlighting the myriad of perspectives, experiences, identities and expressions. Strengthening the concept of diversity, resistance and empowerment, the exhibition underlines influences from the rich diversity of queer history worldwide while showcasing the individual realities of the present as expressed by contemporary artists who are either raised or based in the geographical area of Southeast Europe.
The exhibition also features "Queer Lovers & Internal Struggles", a film program curated by the International Queer & Migrant Film Festival, showcasing a mix of love stories exploring pleasure and drama in the present and future that leaves you on a high note.
